- Ace Level : highly trained service engineer with advanced equipments. Provides after-sales service including consulting, firmware upgrade, color calibration and professional repairment service.
- Pro Level : professional service engineer with industrial-grade equipments and experience. Provides after-sales service including consulting, firmware upgrade, color calibration and basic repairment service.
